Hello, I am looking to self manage my first investment. I am trying to get the pros and cons of multiple property management softwares and was wondering if anyone has any opinions. Hostaway doesn't allow me to manage just one property on there which sucks and hospitable doesn't seem to have the best features. I could be wrong but i'd like to hear about guesty for hosts, doorloop, etc. I am also looking to add properties to the software in the coming years as well if that is something that I need to think about. ANY input is very helpful, thanks ya'll!
