Tile Contractor/Wannabee investor

Licensed Tile Contractor here in beautiful Humboldt County California. I am the owner/operator of Humboldt Pro Tiling, a one man operation providing quality tile installtation services for homes and businesses. The majority of my work is full shower demo/remodel/new tile install. I build custom tile showers from scratch. I take care of the whole project from initial inquiry, estimate, demo and tile install. Tile over tub is another popular service I offer including full demo. I am fully trained with the Schluter waterproofing system and this is the only system that I use. I offer custom tile shower installation, tile over tub, kitchen tile backsplash, Schluter Floor warming, complete demo service, custom shower niche, floor tile installation.
I can provide a complete demo service of existing house floors, bathrooms, kitchens etc. and re-install tile on floors, kitchen backsplash, tile over tub, walk in showers and curbless showers. Fully licensed, Insured and bonded. Cal Lic# 1074820.
I am here for two reasons. Firstly to connect with investors, property owners, flippers etc who need re-model/demo work/tile installation done at competitive prices. I can offer lots of advice on how to build a custom tile shower on a budget. Secondly, I have funds to invest and am hoping to learn as much as I can about investing and maybe team up with others on a deal. I can also do a lot of the re-model work if required - ie, full demo, new tile floor install, custom tile shower, tile over tub, kitchen tile backsplash, etc. I also have many connections in the area for other trades, ie electricians, plumbers etc that I can call upon and potentially project manage on a house flip, rental etc
