@Nathan Lowe, in my experience, the best approach is to be as sincere and genuine as you can be.

I see an effort to clean it up in the first post, but that actually makes it worse, making the headline appear to be nothing but a disingenuous  and feeble attempt to get attention.

People can see right through something that was professionally drafted vs something that came from another human with genuine intent to help.
