How to get financed under an LLC

Hello BP, Was wondering if those of you that purchase your buy and hold properties under LLC's can give me some info / tips on securing financing. All the lenders that I have contacted seem to clam up when I start walking down the LLC road discussion. We do currently operate one property outside of an LLC and are looking to purchase the next shortly. Ideally I would like to get this new property under better protection and build out. Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks, Greg
