Tim, I'm sure insurance companies are using them especially through third party investigators, they would be handy for medical and workmens comp cases too.Seems there is an issue with property rights too, you own your land from the center of the earth to infinity and the federal govt has jurisdiction 1,000 feet above and below for approach and departue from/to runways.
