Hello and property manager recommendations

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post on Bigger Pockets.  I love this site and based on the education I have gotten here I went Pro.  My wife and I lived in California for most of our lives and moved to Omaha Nebraska about 5 years ago.  We are buy and hold investors and currently have 2 properties in California and 3 in Omaha Nebraska.

Over the years we have managed our own properties, but I am too soft and listen to the sob stories of tenants and want to now turn everything over to professional property managers.  On one of our properties in 2015, the wife had medical issues and the husband lost his job.  They were excellent renters for 4 years but then couldn't afford rent.  I ended up letting them live in my place for half price for about 6 months as I didn't have the heart to evict.

Does anyone have any property managers they recommend in Omaha for B type properties?

Thanks,
Scott
