I have looked at Ring Central, Evoice, Grasshopper ect...The Google ad section brought up a service called http://sonetel.com/ .

The phone will not ring unless you keep spending the money to get yourself out there.

It doesn't work on discounted items, so I am thinking no because the package does discount the items but not sure exactly how it rings up.

Many of the "inner ring" suburbs (those municipalities that border Cleveland) also have a good amount of rental properties that may make sense depending on your criteria.
