Newbie from Poulsbo, WA

Hello everybody, I'm new to biggerpockets and I've never been more excited! I'm currently living in Poulsbo, WA working as a nuclear engineer in the navy. I'm originally from AL. I'm coming up on my one year anniversary with my wife on Jan 1st. This time last year I bought my first home here and my wife and I are looking to expand our portfolio to multi-unit properties in the Bremerton, WA area. Figured it would be a great place to invest since it's filled with military members. I'm here trying to learn mostly about creative financing and am very interested in talking/meeting with other members in my area to learn and act on what I learned to reach my goal in 2016 of buying 2 investment properties.
