investing in the cleveland ohio market as a out of state rookie.

in search of advice on the cleveland ohio market i am a rookie trying to dive into an affordable market been researching day in and day on certain zip codes but would love to connect with veteran investors in the ohio market to hopefully seek advice pointers or whatever do's dont's etc all comments are welcommed and thank you in advance.

@Manuel Villegas Forget about zip codes. In most markets, zip codes are too geographically broad to be of much use. You can have good areas and bad within a given zip code. You need to dig in and understand the neighborhoods. This will be particularly true of Cleveland which has some pretty rough areas that aren't always apparent from GoogleMaps. You really need someone that knows the area well that you can trust and rely on.
