As you know, the tech industry (especially here in CA) have a negative record in this area.As an HR professional with EEO and diversity experience, may I suggest that BP proactively reach out to females and other diverse groups for inclusion in your workforce, now and as you continue to grow.

We've got a diverse economy where a plant closing down wouldn't be enough to shake us.

JaxREIA's $299 "individual" or "couples" membership is either (a) the biggest 'RE Training' and 'Self-promotion' bargain in Duval, or (b) a huge waste-of-$$ IF YOU DON'T ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE. 

Doable if you have a reasonable plan for the CC once your promotion ends - either transferring it elsewhere, or (preferably) having it paid off with either cash or rolling it into part of your costs of doing business on the unit. 

We would like to spend $5,000-$10,000 on promotions, marketing, signs ("under new management", "first month free/$99", etc) in order to change the atmosphere and get a new influx of tenants.
