Hi All, This weekend I went and toured a listing that has a 4 bed/3 bath main house (1800 sq ft) that comes with a 2 bed/1 bath coach house on the lot.

I know agents that are good with people but are super disorganized.The best agents keep it simple, make a business plan, are super focused and stick to their plan, and are coach-able. 

simply put do they charge money, then they are a coach or guru. 

My guess is that you are saying that you are a professional realtor and you listen to what your investors and buyers want and then you look to find ONLY what your clients specifically ask you for.If I am correct, then you only listen to exactly what your buyers request and you don't offer advice nor will you coach or mentor your clients in regards to better investments that will get your clients a better return.

Neal Collins is our coach and co-founder of Latitude and he has tried something like this.

Jamal carried the ball.Now, as a "coach" I may use locker room tactics. short cuts on getting a point across (short cuts....LOL) and some thin skinned types may think I'm just too tough on folks.

Like Primo-Coach, I don't like that you have to put a lot of money in.

Perhaps the best coach I know in RE investing....

@Ken Rishel  cool thanks ,, would be great to get an accurate picture.. as you probably aware a lot of arm chair coaching goes on regarding these regs here on BP@Bill Gulleythanks Bill now if there was something like this for wholesaling we would have half the BP content put to bed LOL
