Ideally she needs an android or ios app with cloud sync to desktop that would allow her to enter her daily expenses and also register contacts, appointments, register by value potentials, register confirmed deals with expected pay out dates and therefore be able to run reports and track her expected payouts against the dreaded known expenses (rent, mortgage, medical etc).

Every state has different rules regarding the governance of LLCs, but most states require that each LLC appoint a registered agent for legal purposes.

Take my word from a messed up system,  you get what you pay for.. it's not worth your future time in appointments and stress to fix a bad HVAC.
