Cash Flow Management Software & CRM

Hi, my wife and I live in Botswana and she works for a local agency both in sales and rentals. I am trying to help her find cash flow software specific to the real estate industry. Due to loads of red tape in getting deals done in this part of the world, she is struggling to manage cash flow in terms of when she expects pay out’s both for rentals and sales. Once sales are registered with deeds office, this can take up to 6 months to register and to receive her commission payout from agency. Ideally she needs an android or ios app with cloud sync to desktop that would allow her to enter her daily expenses and also register contacts, appointments, register by value potentials, register confirmed deals with expected pay out dates and therefore be able to run reports and track her expected payouts against the dreaded known expenses (rent, mortgage, medical etc). So in a nut shell, a CRM system with cash flow ability thus enabling her manage her deals, contacts and forecast her cash flow based off known expense dates and expected guaranteed income as well as potentials. Any advice on this would be most appreciated.
