You were able to get the ball rolling and that's more than many can say!  

I'm excited about getting the ball rolling and getting some hands on experience with REI!  

If anyone has any advice I'm all ears or if someone wants to take advantage of the skills that I have learned from working in sales from negotiating to just knowing how to communicate with people or just have some leg work they don't want to do I would be more than happy to assist you in exchange for a little knowledge to get the ball rolling. 

We want to get it under contract, but to have the ability to back out if our quotes come in significantly more than what the initial ball parks are at. 

I’ve been interested in it for a while and hope to get the ball rolling asap.

I am open to everyone's advice on how to get the ball rolling and eventually buying a second property, then a third, a fourth, and so on.

I want to learn as much as possibly so I can get this ball rolling and become an investor that I knowI can be.

I want to know if you think the bank will lend to me or a ball park for how much they would approve me for.
