Hey everyone,
I'm Elisa and I'm a young, educated female railroader looking to make my first investment in real eastate. Something I've always wanted to do, but never knew where to start and how to go about any of it. With the amount of student loans I'm currently paying, I think this could be very beneficial financially for me and could relieve some burden off me as well. I want to learn as much as possibly so I can get this ball rolling and become an investor that I know
I can be. Open to any advice, etc. you guys may have for me.
