Hello, I have sold over 5000 REO's and HUDs and retail properties to a multitude of investors since 1990. My team also has helped several hedge funds find properties that meet their criteria. FYI, my requirements are higher. I also have several rentals and am now pushing to grow my own portfolio. I'm not your typical agent/Investor, I also have an ME and and MBA degree along with overseeing over 200 agents with my wife. We come across numerous opportunities and are sometimes limited by available cash on hand while needing to keep reserves for businesses.
