It was building, Mike, unfortunately it was likely invested in stocks, even worse if it was in the "blue chips" like financials and automakers.The company I will be receiving a pension from (which I hope to be getting in just a few years) is now $2 Bil underfunded.I think all those invested "funds," whether state, insurance, mutual, pension or whatever, that were doing so well for so long, are sucking some serious wind right now.

I was going to say - I bet this strategy went over really well during the anthrax scare - but what you just described actually sounds like the worst case scenario that could happen for type of marketing ( whats good is that you did not end up behind bars) one question - did it not cross your mid that someone receiving a package with a pill in it would trigger any red flags , given the hysteria going on at the time?
