They do this for a few reasons, they have to much work, not sure if they can do the work as good as the sub or the #1 reason is that the customer has asked for super low cost and discounting.

I also hear plenty of agents say what the house values will be in 1 year or 5 years...or this house is a good deal or this house is overpriced....let the customer be the determiner....ask them questions....what do you think the price will be in 5 years...higher or lower?
