Can someone recommend a good paralegal/attorney services in the GTA that specialize in landlord/tenant cases? 

I run a video production company when I'm not here at work and this job has been getting in the way of me doing some jobs, and the business is number 1 priority. 

I discovered that in my 2 months and 6 day journey so far :)  Indeed they do not want to take a chance, plus for sure some are not really specialized... in for example multi-family housing.Indeed I understand where they are coming from too, heck if I was Broker I would be the same... but... what i learned is that.......simply talking to people about your intent is very powerful. 

One of the seminars that I went to wanted me to pay 50k for some one to tell me if I had a good deal or not. 2)An Attorney that specializes in real estate.

Buying artificial cash flow is extremely expensive and counter productive to the intent of investing in income producing real-estate.How do you see this increasing your returns.

I'm referring to the "Small Balance" Freddie Mac loans linked below:http://www.freddiemac.com/multifamily/product/pdf/small_balance_loan.pdfThey have a 9 month principle+interest liquidity requirement. 

He is there to help you, it doesn't matter if this person specializes in investments or not, you have no reason to withhold your intentions from someone trying to help you.In a hot market you may not get a response to lowball offers. 

I'm thinking Visio, LendingOne, FOAC, Ridge Lending Specialty products (I use Ridge) and similar.

And never pays as much as you think it should when you do.So, biggest issue when buying, is it on special form.
