Hello, My name is Mimi Evans. I have been lurking on this site for several months now trying to soak up all the information that is provided on here.

A few things about me: I am a mother of 2 little boys. I currently work full time as a Insurance agent. I just finish my business degree back in August. I just started my company Beautiful Living a few days ago.

What I would like to do is start off in wholesaling to get me some funds in the bank, then I will like to dabble in flipping homes then eventually rentals or slow-flips. My ultimate goal is to buy a piece of land and develop a 25-30 multi-unit apartment complex.

I have read books, attending the seminars, paid for the classes, watch the YouTube video, google things that didn’t understand which have brought me to this point of budding career as a real estate investor.

As of right I looking for a few things:

1) A mentor. Although I have done the listed things above nothing beats knowing/having someone that understands where you been at because they was once there before. One of the seminars that I went to wanted me to pay 50k for some one to tell me if I had a good deal or not.

2)An Attorney that specializes in real estate. If you have any recommendations I will greatly appreciate it

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated

Thank you

Mimi Evans
