I want to follow the BRRRR strategy  and self manage while I am here and work to set in place good management before returning to CO.Like I said I just got out here a week ago and am just starting to network and learn the area.

Sometimes they can get a little uppity about this and push back (somewhat rightfully so depending on how they're getting paid).

They really wanted to push me into a single family residence for my first home and sit on it for 2 years and invest sweat equity over time.

Then you follow with a letter saying you are the new owner/manager and the next payment is due by X date at Y address or Z method.
