There are minimal qualifications.

There is very minimal work to be done here to the property other than the property management which I handle.

Not saying social distancing will magically make everything back to normal but the whole point is to minimize social interaction considering how contagious this is.

I am going to look into this and consider moving in if I can make the numbers work since I have delayed from going back to work due to covid-19 and don't have any income coming in.
