Biggest Challenges your industry is facing
If you own or manage a business, what are the biggest challenges your industry is facing? Both Pre & Post COVID19. We are all part of the Real Estate Industry as a whole but we all fall into various sub-industries:Agents, Stagers, Investors, Wholesalers, GCs, Short Term Rental experts and so on. It would be great to hear what your challenges were before COVID 19 as well as how things are now. This could be a great opportunity to hear what challenges you are facing and perhaps spark a discussion to work thru some of those challenges. I hope you're staying safe and washing those hands.

I am an SFH investor(I personally own 4), agent, self manage all of my properties, and I also manage 40 long term and 70 short term listings. So far, short term listings aren't doing great. we have to switch most of the short term in to month to month and eat up all the losses but before COVID 19 our short term is doing great. As an agent, I work in the Atlanta area with investors like myself and out of state investors, so I think a lot of investors have started to sit on the sideline and absorb what's happening and monitoring what's going to happen. My own long term properties are doing well. Even i'm self manage , there's really not much to do compare to short term. All my personal owned properties rent has been collected but I do see some other long term listing's tenants asking for extension.
It really is difficult time for everyone. I think there could be some opportunities but we will see.
