My strengths are attention to detail, QUICK learner, personable, stellar work ethic, and feel most productive when I can assist in others’ success, so ideally this proposition is for a two-way relationship.

I know we've all heard about wholesaling and how it can make you money and help get things started when you have little to no capital, so ideally I would like to learn to wholesale to start out then flipping and buy and hold etc.

I'm just curious how other investors are approaching these types of challenges in the current market and want to get some feedback on what I should be looking for when acquiring new properties.
