Does anyone use any other calculators from elsewhere to confirm that a deal is good before buying the property?  If so and if BP will allow, please tell me what you use.  

  $1500 is more in line with the type of quality services one requires for such a program.

For $10.99, it fares much better than those $5000 real estate guru training programs.

Valley’s National has a program where you pay 899 for all closing costs including an appraisal.

The program sounds like a great option for a foreclosure property that needs repairs or rehab. 

I also just replaced a boiler and instead of using their financing- I used the energy financing program through my power company- They have a 10 yr O% financing program and it’s even for non owner occupants.

My wife and I will be bootstrapping which Is what I prefer so that there isn't anything I skip over and don't learn as I grow our company.I started with the 10 Hour Wholesaler program which was good for the intro into the business and gave my action items to follow.
