Most of the GCs available actually cater to the folks building their own "forever home" kind of market.

That's going to be a hard sell if you have to defend it in court (other than grass) IMO without good, detailed and dated pictures. 

But does that actually make it better?

Do DSCR loans require an appraisal (drive by or actual)?  

Busiest for me is actually winter!

Im sure its unavoidable at times since things can happen last minute but whats the industry standard for verifying a property is still on track to be auctioned a day or two before the scheduled date?
