Just Graduated from University of washington in tacoma washington  this last week and Im gonna start my broker licensing course tomorrow as a way to start getting a deeper understanding of the inner working of how a deal goes through etc....

I am interested in purchasing student condos around university area around Provo, UT.Since I don't have any cash saved yet, I am thinking the best entry point is investing 401k money in real estate...I am trying to decide whether to invest the $140,000 401k money into a self-directed IRA and get a non-recourse loan...or just pull it all out, pay 10% fee and taxes, and be free to get conventional financing...Big decisions!
