I desire to move faster and get more done through technology and automation, I do not want just a pretty dressed up version of GOOLGE SHEETS that requires to me go in and manually tweak every single bit of content.

With the Quickbooks version I use (Simple Start) they don't allow automated invoicing however I believe with the essentials & Plus versions they do allow reoccurring invoicing but I've not seen it in action.  

I don't really understand why they each connect to different banks through Plaid.Intuit in general does a terrible job of making clear what the differences in all these software versions are and who needs what. 

I was bummed last time I logged in and found out they changed a bunch of features from the free version to the paid services.

To find a recent/current version of that, walk into any mortgage office in the US and look in the trash can, recycle bin, or if you're lucky on the table in the waiting area.

But the QB Online version with class tracking costs $40/month, and I had just paid $200 for QuickBooks for Mac, which they told me would do what I needed!

This is the very short version of a really long story!

I downloaded the version for 3 rental units to try.

If you have the correct version of TurboTax, and are comfortable doing your own taxes, you should be fine.
