I am looking for a simple, straightforward bookkeeping software program (for a non-bookkeeper) for my rental properties. Has anyone ever heard of REI.net? Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your input! Maggie

I am new to bookkeeping and share your desire for a simple and straightforward program. I tried Quickbooks which is extremely confusing, frustrating and overall horrible for a novice. I also tried Stessa, which I liked at first because it's free, however the imports from my bank accounts were missing numerous transactions (their troubleshooting tips didn't work either). Then I ran into REI Hub which I thought was super user friendly and got the job done well. It costs $10 a month but well worth it if you ask me.
