Dallas, Texas may be a good place to invest in the States.

I was born and raised in Dallas Texas and I found BP about 8 months ago and I am still trying to decide on what to do.  

Back in the day there were some really good ones in Dallas but that market has tapped out for the most part, and Atlanta also had some.I'd say the absolute nicest turnkeys you will find, possibly even considered A-properties, would be Atlanta with one provider that I've bought through myself.

It has been extremely challenging due to all the new investors and Hedge Funds in Dallas and Tarrant County but there are still deals to be had. 

I live in Coppell and have been in Dallas area for about 59 years.
