The former of these are people who dont know how to value their time, and thats because their time isnt valuable.

At some point, when you start value your time, you'll become very picky how to invest your time.Time is more valuable than money because you never make more time.Just learn how to sort out and don't waste your time on something not worthy.Until you know the difference, all that is the experience 

@Patrick Liska I do understand that a person with more properties is more valuable than a single property person.

My understanding of a TAW agreement is that the advantage is that it does not have an ending date therefore it may be terminated at anytime with proper notice by either the tenant or the landlord.There is a good book called:"The Successful Landlord" A Comprehensive Guide to the Rights and Responsibilities of Owning and Managing Rental Property in Massachusetts.

@Steven Michael Thomas I did a BRRR with a triplex in Toronto, cosmetic reno which I lived through in one of the units, then moved out of after.I can message you the contact details of the investor-focused realtor team I work with - I was a newbie and they guided me through the process end to end, and they have a meetup next week.

We want to start doing our research and learning as early as we can.I have read the Bigger Pockets "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and we have determined our 'niche' as single family home to begin with and our 'strategy' will be to buy and hold.
