New REI Asheville, NC!! Virtual Wholesaling(Low Marketing Budget)

Anthony Johnson
Posted

Hello! My name is Anthony Johnson. I am 18 years old, based in Asheville, NC. Been considering the wholesale method(until I have enough funds to acquire my own rental properties.) If anyone here is in the Asheville market they will understand the problem with trying to wholesale/flip houses, even for an experienced and well established person. I'm young and new to real estate but even I cant spot a market recession is long over-do for Asheville and will most likely happen within 2 years. With all that being said, I am considering Virtual wholesaling, I'm under the impression that it wouldn't be viable seeing how I couldn't drive for dollars and would have to pay to find all leads as well as finding boots on the ground. With all this being said, is there sine cheap way to generate leads from a remote location? Keep in mind i'm 18 when I say cheap i'm talking $300 is a scary investment. Should I just try my hardest in Asheville's current market? I want to do all this now is because I was hoping to take advantage of the potential recession in the next few years to acquire my own rental properties at a low price. This is all based on my research and what I think would be most viable to me as of now, I would even love to meet REI's and potential partners for the near future (wholesaling or not I plan on being financially free no matter my path and acquiring properties) I have graphic design and video editing experience, would love to trade work to any REI's in the Asheville area in exchange for knowledge and help.
