What are some options to get a loan(upto 150k) under an LLC?

Hi,

We are three friends from greater NYC area looking to invest out of state in PA. We are in the process of creating an LLC in PA after which we want to apply for a loan for our first multi-family property. All 3 of us have stable and decent paying jobs. We would like to secure a loan under the LLC and I was hoping this knowledgeable  community can guide me in kickstarting my research. Only option I know thus far is a business/commercial loan with all 3 of us personally guaranteeing the loan. Are there any other options that we can consider?

Thanks so much in advance.

I'm not suggesting to do this, but you can take the names out from the LLC, get a loan, and put it back to LLC.
