Hit and Miss with people on BP

Anybody meet people on here that look like they want to network and help out, but after hours spent emailing information or meeting with them to discuss their project you don’t even get a response to your email, call or text. Had this happen twice, and it’s super bummer getting ignored after hours spent helping or trying to get help on something. Great folks on here beyond what I would have imagined, but does it seem like some people act like they want to network or “help all”, but don’t respond to your email, text or call after hours spent responding to their request for information? Just curious if anyone else has experienced let downs like this? Or what about surprises when people go over the top to help you out on the PM?? Do many real estate investors really try to keep their secrets to themselves when hustlers come for help, or cut people off after using them? Just curious what the common experience is here and if you think it’s more hit than miss on BP connections PM. I definitely say more hit than miss and great people on here!

Honestly, successful people running businesses dont have hours to contribute to someone they dont know. Building relationships takes a lot of time, years.
