I know it sounds kind of risky but this doesnt sound like a bad project given todays uncertain residential and commercial markets because the rental rates are already covered by travelers in the hotel.

Putting homesitters in the property has been done for about 15 years, many of those tenants travel and do this regularly and pay little rents, but whtever they pay, is irrelevant.

Sorry for the super long delay,I have been busy with work and traveling a little bit.

Sometimes heirs who travel a long distance want to deal with everything in one shot (within a few days) so that they can leave town knowing that everything is in the hands of the right folks (lawyer, realtor, etc.).

We travel constantly back and fourth from California to Nevada, so can anyone also go into further detail(s) on the pros vs. cons between the two?

Rich has already offered a week stay for free and I'll cover the travel costs to do so in return for someone finding the end buyer.

They are financial, health, travel etc.

BTW - When I got the email, it came from a family member who was traveling at the time to a country that was mentioned in the email.
