Hi All.... very happy to have found this great forum. Plan to learn and share plenty with you all.

My name is Nicole, from Melbourne, Australia. Married with 3 children, aged 22, 20 and 10. My husband, Peter and I have been realestate investors for 20 years in Australia in both residential single family homes, duplex and commercial property. LOVE the property market, however in Australia now it is harder to find cash flow positive properties.

We came to the USA in 2008 and 2009 for holidays and LOVED it. Learnt a little then about the USA market and have now decided to invest into the market via an LLC, with my husband, Peter and our 2 adult children....Damien and Elisha

I have purchased Monica Mains home study course and am seriously considering to come and do her course in September 2010...VERY KEEN to get going on this and plan to have a minimum of 2 multi family apartment buildings and possibly a mobile home park by Christmas.

Researching on the internet I came across Karen Hanover's webinar and am now about to buy her 4 day bootcamp course in Irvine in July 2010 and fly over with Damien my 22 year old son and do her course....as I will be spending thousands (happy to do this) I would really LOVE to know if any of you have thoughts about this...or experinces to share...or another "mentor" to recommend and why..??..

I am not interested in wasting our time and money in coming to USA if Karen is trying to upsell into another course or program as I have read about in other posts...we WANT to get into the market in as short a possible time. Karen says in her webinar that she prequalifies her attendees to be able to loan through her brokerage, I hope this is true and we can do this ASAP.

I understand from Monica's course we need to set up an LLC, researching this for foreign ownership have now short listed Delaware, Wyoming and New Mexico...any thoughts on this appreciated....as I am aware through prior hard learnt lessons in the Australian market that structure of the "foundations" are very important....make a mistake and THOUSANDS can be lost....

I am in search of a mentor and would love some guidance as the USA property market "rules" and "how to" is rather different to Australia....

Any advise or comments, even a "hello" would be welcomed. I am happy to share whatever I can with you all.
