I cannot understand why people will post on social media the size of a check they got from a refi, or bragging they bought their ninth house.

@Giovanni LunaAlso, talk to Dept of Social Services, Neighborhood housing associations, churches, addiction organizations, or any organization that helps poor or moderately poor citizens.

Doesn't hurt to think outside the box and get wildly creative with the Internet and various other social platforms.

Not sure what your budget is, but it's important to start off right with a logo and consistent marketing across all spectrums including business cards and social media, signage, etc.As far as a name is concerned, how about Spectrum Real Estate Services or Investment Real Estate Services or Bottom Line Real Estate Services?

For example if you work full time and make above the SOcial security limits a LLC or S Corp really makes no difference as you have maxed out your SS contributions.
