Hello!!! 

I have been following the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a few weeks now and decided to finally give the forums a chance. I am from Cleveland Ohio area and I can say I have sat back the past two-three months studying the whole realm of real estate investing have been working with an experienced investor who gets around 4-5 deals a month! I have been doing cold calling for him a little bit and has taught me so much. But I am finally ready to take on my own business and start getting deals under contract. I mainly want to start with wholesaling at first and get that perfected and then I will be ready to start investing my time and money in rehabbing/flipping. If anyone from the Ohio area is reading this, please lets network, or even if you would like to throw some advice my way I would love to hear whatever anyone has to say and I am eager to get to the top of my market! 

My biggest flaws are staying organized, so right now I made a bunch of folders on my laptop to save certain documents and information that I can always fall back on when I have a question or I need to locate something very easily. I also am working on reaching out to all the counties in my area that are considered a "HOT MARKET" to get certain types of leads. I would love to JV anyone willing to give me the time of day, I just want to take away as much information I can.
