I am picking up a property in Germantown as we speak.

Hi All, I picked up a rental property about a month ago and funds were to be distributed into my bank account August 31st / September 1st from my PM company however I have not received them yet.Just wanted to get opinions on this situation;  and if this has happened to you,, recommendations on how I should go about making sure its taken care of / dealt with?

If you felt better having someone on your side, it'd be cheaper to pay an RE agent than a lawyer.Do you have a turnkey company picked out you want to buy from?

I'd keep things simple, have a lease agreement, and follow it. 

Versus tenantcloud I think is pretty simple and the owner's portal is simple as well. 

I would pick this color again.
