Does anyone use Tenantcloud for their rentals?

Does anyone else use tenantcloud for their rental portfolio? or management company?

just want to see what people think of it once you get to like 30+ doors

We use tenantcloud. Not 30+ yet but getting close to it. 

Managing my own portfolio but planning on using it for management company next year as well. 

Didn't run in any big issues so far. However do not really have experience using another software. 

Using appfolio on the owners (not management) side. And it looks too complicated. Too many tubs, reports and information that I never need. Versus tenantcloud I think is pretty simple and the owner's portal is simple as well. 

If you like a lot of flexibility and be able to create your own reports, tenantcloud may be not a good option. But they have all standard reports that are easy to understand and interface is user friendly.
