I had the credit report run through cozy and it gives me the following info:Contract Callers Inc  ACCOUNT SERIOUSLY PAST DUE DATE / ACCOUNT ASSIGNED TO ATTORNEY, COLLECTION AGENCY, OR CREDIT GRANTOR'S INTERNAL COLLECTION DEPARTMENTBut it does not give me any info on the cause and what the original debt is for.

More likely are the following two things:1.

Following that you will have to commission market studies, feasibility plans and common sense to realize what to build where.

If you follow the forums you will find many who invest in RE and dont have a W2 job relating to RE..
