Inspecting My First Multi-Unit
Hello Everyone,
I just signed my first contract for a three unit and have started to prepare for the inspection. I have lined up a electrician and a contractor to walk through the property. How do you prepare for inspecting a new property to make sure there are no deal breaking problems?

I use a licensed inspector-not a tradesman-and I go with him/her. Maybe you can explain what you mean by 'prepare'? All the best with your triplex! Congrats.
