Is there a difference?

In retrospect I know he wishes he would have handled the situation differently. 

I use a property management company but I also stop monthly to check on things.

I know certain mobile structures are allowed to be used for a single family home but what's the exact guidelines and who can verify this information or give me a list of all the rules and permits required for different types of mobile and prefab structures? 

I don't expect the tenant to be checking their water meter on the backside of the building since it's at an apartment style building so would this fall on the condo association or utility company to refund the tenant?

I attend multiple different meetups from Santa Barbara down to Thousand Oaks and sometime LA area :)

But honestly with the private lenders, it is really just the rep you work with that makes a huge difference.

Keep in mind my buddy is 28, a manager at a large tech company and very responsible/clean.

I am not going to get into different loans or rates .
