Given the trend of populations out of city centers and into the suburbs, I prefer the near suburbs to major markets.As Levi T mentions, this thesis is appropriate in the large scale assets.

I think in the past 3-5 years I’ve seen 6-7 huge Amazon shipping centers built around me, now the government is after them, why is that?

They offer a ton of CE classes that are real estate investment centered/related.

Very interesting take, I know in the area I’m in,its highly sought after for its own merits due to shopping centers, movie theater, brewery, grocery stores going up.. it’s a property that I see the neighborhood continuing to be a good one.. but the amount I can have in my pocket afterwards is super enticing and was thinking it can more than supplement my funds I’m already sitting in, just waiting for a deal to come up.. so yeah, I hadn’t put much thought into the taxation part of the sale, so thank you!!

The property is in rural Missouri in a town with the population of 4000, so small.My question is, what do you suggest my options are regarding a private road 1/2 a mile in  length with  about 1/2 an acre of grass in the center to be maintained and possibly snow ploughed 3-7 times a year?
