Biden's targeting 1031 exchanges.... thoughts?

It looks like Biden is targeting the 1031 exchange as another revenue stream. Bloomberg wrote a great article on it (link below). What are your thoughts on this proposal? Think it has any chance of moving forward?

You should of voted for the other guy? Any thoughts? I have some. Living in Socialist Michigan and being closed mostly for a year now, you can see with our cases closing down an economy didn’t benefit NOTHING! I went to the store to buy my son a new bicycle the guy at the shop said he will have bicycles available in August of 2022! I called the dealership my wife wants a new white Tahoe the salesman basically laughed over the phone saying they don’t have regular stock let alone a particular color of one. So Biden to go after the citizens that are well paid will just make this country less desirable to live in. I’ve never heard of a person that has a degree get punished vise versus a person that made it in their life now they have to pay higher taxes??? I always ask my family that love the left, how many years has it been since the Big Three opened a brand new manufacturing facility in Michigan? You know how long 72 years! 72 years not one new factory, of course how would the big three profit paying the union? I think in the past 3-5 years I’ve seen 6-7 huge Amazon shipping centers built around me, now the government is after them, why is that? Pretty soon we will have Chinese people shipping our products to us :)! And our children will have to deal with the new Covid tax, we blew $4 trillion on this virus and still wearing masks and still not open! Where in other countries not even a penny has been spent on this pandemic.
