I have connected with a lot of rehabbers, flippers, and wholesalers, all of them thanking me for either following them, or vice versa. but I have yet to see a deal come of it.So I just us it to stay connected with them, in hopes that it will produce something.

My ultimate RE goal would to have a company with some great marketing campaigns in place that produce leads with lots of profit potential … completes several well-managed residential rehab projects annually … and has anywhere from 10-20 long-term holds.

The guy who got a call, has tons of videos on youtube about I know that a few people on this forum (myself included) were talking to the production company that did "Flip This House" about a new showing they are planning on launching later this year...My team and the team of at least one other rehabber here on BP spent a couple months submitting videos, talking to the producers, etc.
