Do they get an even split of any proceeds from a future sale?

I don't want to sell (property has huge capital gains and no loan) so my next option is to put a loan on it and use the proceeds for the intl purchase.

If they insist on the showing - proceed with it, just don't take application referring to pending case of another one.Nobody advices anything illegal here or discriminatory!
