Best Insurance for Flipping?

We usually have 5-6 properties in inventory at any given time. We buy and sell them on a regular basis. We have a commercial general liability policy that is pretty easy to add and subtract properties from, and I'm looking for something similar for damage coverage. The builder's risk and vacant dwelling policies are expensive and cumbersome to get for each property individually. Our insurance agent was working on getting us some sort of blanket policy that covered up to the purchase price only, but he's having difficulty because we often have mobile homes. Any ideas?

@Matthew B. there are a few programs for flipping where you can add properties on and off like you currently do with your liability coverage.

I will send you info on the company I use with our FL flippers.
