Hey Mitch, thanks for the response.I am a fan of Buford Highways food and climbing Stone Mountain so i wouldn’t mind excuses to be in between the two. 

Lehighton itself has changed little except for the Walmart moving out farther down 443 and Lowes coming in...and a few fast food places... not much. 

If you want something custom tailored for something and the diy approach isn't great, they offer an API (https://developers.podio.com/) that is pretty feature rich and already a part of your account that most developers would be able to get you something pretty custom and as basic / feature rich that you would want.

Basically, as we worked it up the food chain, we were told that the bank never wants to be in the middle of a dispute regarding the legitimacy of a POA.

Some good books are Rich Dad Poor Dad, Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and The Book on Rental Property Investing.

I had just finished "Rich Dad Poor Dad" a few months prior (another book that found me) but that book seemed theoretical to me and the main take away was to ask the question How?

I took my housing cost from $1100 per month renting, to $500 per month owning.Feel free to bring food, beer or whatever.

You have a bigger Goal than most of the Get Rich Quick with R.E. like "5 or 10 Years to a Million with Rental Properties."
