Meet Up Network Event BCS
Howdy Bryan, College Station and Texas A&M! My wife and I are hosting a meet up / networking event. We will be meeting at our current live-in flip project house. This is open to all types of investors; flippers, BRRRR investors, buy and hold, wholesalers, single-family, and multifamily. I'd also like to invite real estate agents, contractors, lenders.
A quick note about me and my wife: We both work in real estate (Keller Williams and Twin City Properties,) we live in a house hack 4-plex, we have one long-distance rental in Alabama and plan to live in flip our current project.
Location: 515 Crescent Dr Bryan, TX
The meeting will be in the back yard (with plenty of space to socially distance). Since this is a project house I would recommend closed-toed shoes. You provide the chair and I'll supply the refreshments!

Thanks Greg for hosting the meet up last Thursday. It was great to meet everyone there. I wanted to go ahead and open up my duplex for a meet up this Saturday.

This is a house hack duplex that was an absolute wreck of a property. It sat on the market for about 9 months and smelled of everything bad. Purchased, rehabbed and moved in. I took my housing cost from $1100 per month renting, to $500 per month owning.
Feel free to bring food, beer or whatever.
